He recognised the need for change away then carried on pretty much as we were. I think that 2nd half against Fulham affected his thinking but he needs a good look at things now. Seasons still been success so far but there are definitely a few tweaks need making.

Got to be honest, I thought some of the criticism of Kelly has been harsh but he dragged us back 5 or ten yards when he came on. Having said that it was Hyams poor pass that lead to the goal.
