    Brexit/SISU

The first EU referendum was 1975, Healy's IMF bailout was 1976. In 1975 Benn proposed high trade tariffs and rationing. Lack of pay restraint & excessive union power had caused 20%+ inflation. It was a very different world then.

Consider this.. The government was formed with approx 37% of the electorate voting for them on a 66% turnout. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/election/2015/results In the referendum 51.9% voted leave on a turnout of 72.2% http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/politics/eu_referendum/results I think the...

Even if a vote was taken I doubt the MPs would ignore the referendum result, I'd expect the Torys to be whipped to vote Brexit, what the rest do is debatable, but I imagine there would be more than enough Brexit votes from the other parties to overturn any Tory rebels (probably none, maybe an...

Somehow I don't think you are very good at Maths. There are differences between average & peak crowds. If you have a 15K stadium you'll average maybe 12K, which is poor in the Championship, to get an average of 15K you need a 20K stadium.

    Hillary / US Election Thread

Watched it the other day, bit of a campaign piece for Hillary (or maybe against the Evil One). Nothing earth shattering there. What he does post election should be entertaining.
