I’ve slept better and lost a bit of weight (combined with dog walking and running) so yes .

Took the dog on a good walk for an hour first thing this morning ,replied to some emails . Going to give the back garden a once over and that’s me for the day . I’m still doing dry July but think it should end today ;) Didn't watch gossipmongers?But will try to catch it somewhere
