Maybe the indemnity is in place if the state aid case is in favour of SISU. Then the council want SISU to underwrite to payback as it were to wasps? In turn, that leaves wasps without an asset because you’ve got to be put in the position prior to the state aid (as I understand) could explain...

Don’t get the unease over betting companies - if they’re paying then go for it. It’s a logo on a shirt - if you’re betting because of a logo on a shirt you’ve got bigger issues

Thinking about third parties, if the council have to revert back to before the Ricoh was sold as a remedy. Does that include al the contracts I.e Delaware goes back to compass? Someone clearly loses money there - so it’s plausible they’ll want indemnifying.

That’s short term. Long term it would be infinitely better. The Ricoh has a convoluted mess of contracts. With a new stadium we could set it up to our benefit. then you look at stadium sponsorship - we’d get 100% of a higher sponsorship value. Wasps can’t get one now, imagine them piggybacking...

£30 million for half a stadium or £30 mill for 100% - that seems to be a no brainer really

Rather than giving away fans the end can we give them a corner like Leicester, and rather than a block of seats can we just have a widened stair case with bars either side and stewards down the middle

I think the deadline is being used to beat them more. the club could easily have told the EFL - put us down at St Andrews and we’ll continue negotiating it’s a bit of a non point in the story

That’s fine. But they could have just said, we had a deadline to announce a stadium - we’re currently announcing St Andrews, however talks are on-going

I’m aware of that but the club could have said ages ago - yeah put us down at St. Andrews. We might change though
