I think the key question on everyone's lips is in regard to the reality of being able to expand to 25,000 and whether it is believed that is truly possible and that it could go through despite local opposition and the road infrastructure.

For anyone wondering about this location, it's opposite the Belgrade Plaza car park, on the other side of the ring road, down from the fire station. Radford Road to the right, Abbott's Lane above and St. Osburg's to the left.

As I say, Dave. Look at the link in my post. That looks a very similar size to the Butts. From that ariel view you can compare the two. It is the opposite side to Wickes, opposite Belgrade Plaza. When you come round the ring road from the direction of the train station, past Earlsdon turn, past...

How big is the area by the old gas place down from Radford Road in the centre? Do you know where I mean? You come down Radford Road towards the ring road, past the fire station and it's on the right under the ring road. The reason I mention this is because I remember reading the fire station...
