Such a false statement. It may well have been only 10% of costs.. but no one ever relates % of revenue do they, as it tells a significantly different story.

So in essence CCFC had the full responsibility to service the loan, but not a single benefit from it in additional revenue. How ACL chose to service the debt was not the clubs responsibility, yet it was screwed over regardless.

So as you put it...the council do not need to justify anything they do. So suggesting that setting an astronomical rent for CCFC was in the taxpayers interest is wrong.

What utter bollocks... they haven't justified anything historically, so I can't see why they needed to get on their high horse about this. The investment in terms of taxpayers was minimal at best.. and they have thrown money left, right and centre at allsorts (Coombe Abbey just recently) whilst...

But you seem to forget that the path we were put on falls under the previous owners and the council's culpability. Of course SISU have made it far worse, but they were given a shit situation in the first place. CCC and ACL's failings get forgotten time and again.

But your opening sentence illustrates what grates people (not you personally) but the fact is that the Wasps deal doesn't seem to bother you. Or that you think SISU got what they deserved. No thought to how hypocritical CCC have been in this, or the detrimental position as a result for CCFC.

Of course SISU hold the majority of the blame. But whether you like them or not they are still in some way providing so that the club can operate from day to day. How much they are really putting in versus what they should be if they want a return.. well that's another debate. Throughout all of...

Looking back now...it's entirely possible they got wind of the Wasps deal. I would say that fan pressure contributed aswell.. but not NOPM.
