    Attendance v Walsall

With the games being so close to each other and being played in the middle of January I'm gonna say 13000 for both

Unlucky not to score second half, had a fairly solid game but prefer Stokes at left back

Poll. New Stadium or remain at the Ricoh ?

Our own stadium near the city centre, I seen Vicarage Rd, Watford on the TV last night and thought what a neat stadium, I'm sure a similar stadium could be built like that at the Butt's with room to make up to say 25000

    It could be here ?

I don't really want to watch Coventry City play in the middle of a motorway junction either. Coventry City play in Coventry as that is where they get there name from!

    Sky Blue Away Kit

Didn't matter during a certain FA cup game against Spurs in 87 And v Stoke and Leeds come to think of it

    It could be here ?

The Ricoh is in my opinion too far out but at least in the boundaries just! You also have the pubs and clubs of Foleshill Rd and around the ground which is what your average fan wants as these pubs and clubs are always packed. I was never against the move from HR just don't like the design and...

    It could be here ?

Please Please No! Dreadful place for a community football club stadium, a football ground belongs to the community easily accessible to all, if it was to be built on a motorway interchange that would see me and a lot of other fans finished with the club. Following football is a way of life, old...

Capacity in the unlikely hood of a new stadium should be ?

I always thought 25000 seater would be about right for us going on the average for the last 30 years. Even in the Premiership and big games in the championship at the Ricoh like the Wolves, West Brom, Leeds and Leicester games we managed around 22000 home fans

    Stadium Layout

That's what I said! Instead of the spillage in 25 and 26 use the bottom of the Telegraph Stand

    Stadium Layout

The fans would be together though as those fans in 25 and 26 would be packed together in the Telegraph lower section and it would ease the congestion in the concourse. And surely they need all the catering outlets open as people didn't even bother queuing yesterday

    Stadium Layout

Hopefully we can now keep 15000 fans and build even more the way we are going, I would like to see the corners block 25 and 26 closed and those fans put in the lower part of the Telegraph stand behind the goal using say the rows A to Z which would be packed and we would have all 4 stands open...

Would hope they open the bottom rows and not block by block, think that would look much better.

If they have to open the Telegraph Stand I hope they don't open the whole stand. Cant see more than 15000 myself so they could just open rows A to Z all being at the front

Butts Park Arena is new home

One thing for sure the general consensus is that if a new ground is to happen it has to be in Coventry full stop!

Butts Park Arena is new home

The Swedbank Stadion in Malmo at €79m a bit cheaper, nice stadium!

Butts Park Arena is new home

I always thought there was no room at the Butts but when I went to collect ticket the other week was amazed, easily the size of Highfield Rd, the only thing would be car parking, but you have the memorial park and ride, town centre parking and maybe even Hearsall common as makeshift car parking

Butts Park Arena is new home

Yes me, navy and sky blue seats and history all around the ground of both CCFC and CRFC, make me proud to be a Coventrian, and there is ample room to accomadate a 25000 stadium which I think would suit us ok!

    Marton Fulop RIP

Like a previous poster it does put things into prospective, i remember a game at the Ricoh about 25000 there can't remember if it was the 1-1 or 1-0 game but he played a blinder and was gutted he was only on loan. Sad!
