because they love the club and the fans, will allow the sale of the club to a new wealthy owner because, as it's custodian, they have a duty to do what's best for the football club. Right? :(

The question about the last 5 or 6 years is why? To what end? Yes the rent is still too high for a new owner, but that, like everything else, is negotiable TO THE RIGHT BUYER!

What if... ACL/CCC & Higgs have already agread a deal in principle, allowing a new owner to buy into the arena, develop the surrounding area and get access to the funding streams. This allows a new investor to buy the club safe in the knowedge that they will be able to take it forward. We know...

Even if they pay the rent it doesnt make them a viable business, it's up to a judge to decide that now

It's very hard to see what assurances she could have given. either they strike a deal with ACL & CCC which seems increasingly unlikely, or they don't and we spiral ever downwards or liquidate. SISU are running out of time, options and cards to play. So.. what assurances can she offer?

SISU can not liquidate us now that the application for administration is in place. For now anyway
