Why would they? Because of FACT 1. They need the club and they only way to ensure it's survival is to deal. But not with SISU

FACT 1: CCFC will never be viable without ownership of the stadium and access to Food/Bev money, etc. + FACT 2: ACL/CCC will never do a deal with SISU. = FACT 3: SISU will go. (If not now, then in a year or two after treading water and wasting a few more million.)
