We have a devalued currency now. So we could stay in the EU with our devalued currency like Germany and outsell them. We don’t have to leave the EU to devalue our currency. Our parliament is sovereign and we have an „out“ as regards the Euro. Could have done it years ago.

Yes. Close your eyes. Put your foot firmly on the accelerator and drive. What can possibly go wrong?

Yes very funny. But although it fits the poem, he isn’t the real Duke ;-). And, that is the way we should be going - strengthening the exterior borders, but some will still muddle things up and talk about open borders, not discerning between exterior and Schengen borders.

We sell all around the world. Whilst being in the EU. As do other EU countries such as Germany. Germany sells more. Why?

Yes, but when the pound recovers slightly links get posted on here to the Mail or Express: „Pound soars in value“ headlines, or „Brexit Boom“ ( another Express classic).

Yes... I forgot the FTA on my list of benefits. And the upkeeping of the GFA which is not in question if we remain in the EU. So many things on the list, and not one thing on the list of leave benefits that I asked Astute for. Although Rees Mogg says we will be booming in 50 years time. That’s...

Except our manufacturing industry is not as important as our financial services industry. We lost our manufacturing base under Thatcher. Plus the rest of the world is more developed than it was 40 odd years ago. London is a Major Financial centre which brings in billions. That’s what we should...

They are not in government and no one will work with them. They have significance by being there. It puts pressure on the other parties. So they are not totally insignificant. I don’t believe I said they were. I said they are where I am, but in other areas they are stronger. I don’t know if...

You hedge when you receive or need foreign currency in the future. That way you can calculate your costs and profit margins. If you are dealing within one currency then you have nothing to hedge. Which is an advantage to those importing and exporting within the Eurozone. If they need materials...

Can also be a good thing, but it costs money to hedge against fluctuations which you don’t get, say, with the Euro as a member of the Eurozone.

That Germany is trying to take over the EU as Germany tried to control Europe as a Nazi power or imperial power. Selmayr is one man making his own way to the top. He was pushed into his post by someone from Luxemburg.

Again I say in perspective. They got 12,5% on the day. They would get 14% today according to polls. They are strong in some places not others. Many of their voters are not „dangerous“, but they associate with people who are dangerous such as Thürgida, Pegida etc.. The danger is that AfD breaks...

In what way is he trying to make something look good? There are negative effects to Brexit. Currency fluctuations is one. Pointing it out doesn’t automatically make the EU look good. Just makes Brexit look like a risky idea. What do you expect? Everyone to think Brexit is a great idea whilst it...
