Bloke in front of me at the Tesco checkout had his many items lined up in single file, including a box of paracetamol so that he filled the entire belt with about 20 items. Consequently I could not start loading my shopping on to the belt for some time. WTF?

Liverpool made 10 changes. No doubt lots of other Prem teams are playing weakened teams. Yet in the tournament designed for lower league teams we are only allowed a few changes so that the Prem teams can play their youngsters against strong opposition. Utter disgrace. No way will I ever watch...

I have a season ticket and have had one for donkey's years, except for the season at Northampton. I have not decided whether to renew next season but the following factors will influence my decision 1) what happens on the field, of course. Relegation, if it comes will not be the crucial factor...
