Great finish.

Frustrating game. We’ve been poor and too negative for too long, yet still had chances to win it. Hate it when we play within ourselves, we look terrible when we do.

One of the poorer games I’ve seen McCallum play today. Really hope Biamou scores the winner.

Be good to see some attacking changes and intent now. Biamou and Ostigard for Shipley and McCallum and let’s go two up front and wing backs. Tempted to put Baka on but reluctant to take out most natural goal scorer off.

I like him, but O’Hare really cannot finish. Not to be melodramatic but it’s going to end up costing us over the course of the season.

I think we’ll stay tight for 15 then switch to wing backs and two up front which will work well, especially against tired legs. It’s frustrating watching us play within ourselves, but if our game plan is to do that for a period of the game before we push on, and it works then we can’t complain...

No fucking replays is ridiculous! What was wrong with the goal?

Not a Shipley hater, but he’s poor today. Most recent example; Giles had the ball wide looking for an option, Shipley as the nearest man made zero effort to offer for the ball.

Ran a half today, which was very much cross country. Literally running through mud at times, and even uphill for some sections. Really takes it out of the legs. The second part of the half felt like it was continuously uphill and my elevation stats after confirmed it - did not enjoy that...

Don’t see how you can’t be happy with this one. If we weren’t on a budget I wouldn’t have been surprised to see him signing long term or even back in the summer. He’s a good keeper and more experience in the squad isn’t a bad thing at all.

I really like it, surprised at the mostly negative reaction! It’s a real shame about the Council link, but ultimately Coventry is our home and it’s right to be involved in the City of Culture stuff, even if we were initially excluded.
