I tend to park at the McDonnell Drive car park. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the ground. Really easy access to M6. I think it’s called Leisure Ireland (or something). Hot tip: just cut through the shrubbery and walk over the roundabout to save yourself a longer walk round to the ground.

There’s a ton of evidence that supports that talking therapies help. Also a ton of evidence that supports that the most important aspect of any therapy is the relationship between therapist and person going to see them.
