Where have you seen any evidence for that? Everything that I've read says that Higgs were ready to do a deal, SISU walked away. In fact SISU have walked away from every deal - ACL haven't. That's how I can put the blame at SISU's door, rather than ACL or the Council.

It's never been about the rent. The rejection of the latest offer proves that. The rent strike was never about trying to find an acceptable rent, it was about distressing ACL. No negotiation with SISU was ever done by them in good faith. If you can't see that then you're probably too blind...
