Kelvin Wilson most certainly wasn't a loan, so that argument just doesn't stack up unfortunately. Forest released Wilson at the end of last season. There was no club for us to loan him from. If the low wage thing is true it looks like Mowbray and Venus were simply chasing rainbows.
