What Gym do you go to Rich?? I've just started going and my workout is mainly cardio with like 3 different types of weights. If your new to it all like me, then i'd book in with a PT and he'll be able to do you a workout that suits you best.

I've ordered mine, block 15 again, I haven't seen us play under Andy Thorn yet as i had more important stuff to do, so quite excited about the new season really.

It's on 3 because it's just so big. can get like 10GB of data onto a DVD where it's like 25GB on a blue ray which is why the PS3 version only comes on 1 disc.
