Gyokeres on, immediately fouled. Ref gives it to them .

One big positive; Hamer has massively stepped up again today. Another leader on the pitch and it’s great to see.

It’s been poor but not sure it’s as bad as being made out. They have had clear chance but we haven’t been dominated. Plus when we have got our players on the ball and played on the ground and been brave (to use an MR phrase) we’ve looked capable. It’s not surprise 3/4 footballers we have on the...

Tbf I did say ‘when trying to make things happen’ (so I agree) - but so are Palmers. I have no issue with us losing the ball if we’re trying to create. But Palmer is becoming a boo boy and it’s nonsense. Haha as I type he scores that!!

I was about to say at least he’s offering himself, and then he did that. What a miss. Point still stand though.

Anyone going to call Hamer our for several misplaced passes when trying to make things happen? Or is that just reserved for Palmer and Sheaf?

This game is basically best attack wins. Defences seem non-existent. It’s like slow motion when both teams attack.

Looks like a 5-1-2-2 with COH and Palmer up top and Sheaf sitting.

Feeling really weirdly confident despite the last minute changes and off field distractions. The already great atmosphere is a big factor.

COH and Allen will do that tbf. Said it earlier, but we’ll be forced to play football today - we can’t go direct. We have enough footballers on the pitch to make that work. Bidwell and Kane will be important in the WB roles, especially as the latter won’t be able do his cross from anywhere...

Also means we’ll have to play football today and no long ball without a recognised striker. Positive; we have four great footballers in the team. Plus two CB’s comfortable with the ball. Negative; we’re relying on Wilson, Kane, Allen and Bidwell to play in footballing team (probs slightly...

Appreciate there’s this undercurrent of MR Out desperate to come out, but I severely severely doubt Gyokeres has been dropped. He’s ill. Assuming Taveres is too if he can’t even get on that bench. It is shit though especially against a weakened defence.

On paper COH starting is great news. In reality I’m not so sure - him getting injured would be terrible. Would prefer him coming in at HT against a not so fresh defence and less time so he knows he hadn’t got to reserve energy. It also isn’t a position we need to risk - we have two fit AM’s...

Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

Yea, again not claiming to be an ITKer here, but think this is likely. Think the ‘not alone’ element is being worked out and surprised at one name/group that’s been mentioned. Also heard CCC are aware. Which worries as I imagine they’ll be doing what they can to stop it…..whether they have any...

How does it work in reality then? So if ACL owe money to various contractors, CCFC (SISU?) are paying those contractors to get the game on. I understand what you’re saying, and it’s good we are getting the game on, I’m just failing to see why this falls on the club to do so?

Regardless of the agenda driven content. Anyone who calls themselves ‘Lord’ on a social media platform is surely automatically a bellend? *unless of course he is a Lord in which case I take the above back.

Yea, I initially started a paragraph with ‘Conversely’ and was about to mention our shooting, but Hamers long range shots are rarely across the ground and our other midfielders don’t often shoot! Gyokeres is Gyokeres, whatever the weather he’ll be a beast. But you’re right, his movement and...

Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

Do we think (know) it’s the club paying this, or is it SISU funded? Considering the club have no money, surely SISU are involved. Which as others have suggested, optimistically is that a sign they will be involved in the bidding process. Still don’t fully understand why we’re paying. Appreciate...

Raining all night and throughout the morning -> wet surface = increased possibility of goalkeeper errors. Not ideal with our current keeper situation.
