I think that is broadly right but there are always clubs whose owners want money and cave in near the end of any window. We have been at the club in the past with Players like Maddison. It’s like a big game of chicken ….. for those of a certain vintage !

It is a bit odd that Robins keeps talking about needing time with the players on the grass but yet they were off 2 days last week and it looks like not a full week again this. I can understand that once the players are settled in and we have gelled but not now.
