Totally agree, and he is under contract so if someone really wants him they have to make an offer tough to refuse and remember he would need replacing which would likely swallow up most of his fee.

Let’s not get away from the fact for 70 minutes we out played one of the better championship teams no need for knee jerk signings just two or three better players added to the first team will make a big difference.

You get games like this no one was really poor but once Swansea pulled a goal back the inexperience of Burroughs, Doyle and Panzo stuck out like a sore thumb, the game needed managing especially in midfield. In the end I was grateful for the point.

Kane wasn’t expected to be here this season and I think likely to move on in January so could Waghorn & Walker both out of contract in the summer makes our bench weaker and lacks experience need to bring in players to go straight into the first team, not easy.
