Yep. Interesting on Vincenti, because not in the squad Saturday and not in the U23's today. Same with Beavon. We also only ever seem to have one DKE not injured at a time. Would have expected a slightly stronger U23 team with a few pushing for a place in the first team squad.

Which is a boost, but then part of me worries about a lack of match fitness and sharpness and that could backfire on us. Would be very easy for him to tweak something. My guess is it will be bench if he's in the reckoning. Give him 15-20 mins in the second half.

No, I'm thinking in terms of we play Stevenage on the Friday and their game is on the Saturday, so when we come to play them on the following Tuesday we will have had some extra rest.

I admire the optimism. If we win tomorrow we are all going to be buzzing and with Super Lionel Messi Pele Baker to join into the fray imminently, we all surely start thrashing teams out of sight very soon indeed.

Well in Ponticelli's case, cos he's on the bench for the first team and I am guessing with others he doesn't want to see them get injured.

I can walk away from a defeat quite happy, as long as we really competed and did the best we could possibly do as a team.
