    Another run this morning. 5km clocked up. Slightly slower pace but less stoppages. 6.17 mins/km. Legs are sore but don't feel too bad. Back has stiffened up slightly. Lost another half a stone. Now buying medium slim fit polos. :cool:

    Had my physio session, felt amazing yesterday so thought I'd go for a run. Did 3.3km in 20:22. bang on 6 minutes/km, had to walk a few times as well, I feel so unfit but thats to be expected.     Spend as much as you can afford on running trainers and get them fitted, 'Coventry Runner' are excellent for this and added miles to my runs just by having proper fitting trainers that suited my running style. I would stick to low impact exercises to start with like pilates. It looks easy but...

    I have a car on lease. Goes back next January. Won't do it again though. Would rather have something a little less expensive but something that's mine next time.

    Do You Like Your Job ?

    Love my job. I'm overpaid and underworked. Have a great laugh with my colleagues. No responsibilities at all. Pritty flexible with my working hours too. Only thing is I can't see it lasting more then 10 years so just enjoying it while I can.

    Let me know how you get on. Been having physio on my back and have been getting loads better already. She managed to realign my back too. I've been given excercises to loosen my hamstrings and to strengthen my lower back, bum and core.
