You need a mix in any team. Doucare is out of our league but Frank signed Thiago Silva when was over 35 so he clearly values experience as well as youth.

This is a good question but it needs to be worked on. The days of wide players swapping randomly during matches are largely gone, not least because of their defensive responsibilities which are now seen as integral to the role but previously were seen as a bonus if the winger tracked back.
