Agreed, initially he looked like he couldn't defend, lately he's been getting back and making a menace of himself. You can tell he's not a defender, but does enough to make a menace of himself at the back.

He's a shoe in for player of the season. Can beat a man, he's brave, puts a nice ball in and is notching some goals. I liked what I saw pre season and he's bringing it into the league

I don't recall watching a match where not a single sub was made before. Is it as odd as I think or does it happen fairly often? I thought Palmer would get some minutes last night but we didn't change a thing

How was he given a yellow card whilst the ball was in play? I'm confused why the ball is at his feet, in play and he's getting booked. Only seen a short clip of the incident.

I was really happy with the effort tonight. He was anything but lazy and the turn of speed was something we haven't seen from him before. He's getting there, just needs a bit of target practice.

He had a spell when he was not going forwards and taking people on like he did pre season. He seems to be back to running at people and I've not seen anyone who can live with him lately.

I can't believe we have Anthony Taylor today. He wrongly awarded a penalty last week despite having VAR, so his punishment is to drop down a league and officiate a match with no VAR. Seems crazy to me
