why do you assume everything he says is untrue. do you have access to information that shows what he says isn't true? to me what he has said makes more sense than anything Fisher has come out with.

I've got no problem with NTFC fans who don't want to get involved and just want to watch their team but if you look at their local paper and forum there are plenty of their fans saying it's doesn't matter about CCFC so long as they make money out of it. That doesn't sit well with me.

no one is suggesting core NTFC fans will suddenly switch but that doesn't mean casual punters or people who have never been to an NTFC game aren't up for grabs. WIll be interesting to see if marketing is done locally in Northampton.

Why are you getting so wound up about it? The point is it shows that people are prepared to travel, just aren't prepared to give a penny to SISU and also shows support for the players. I don't think anyone is suggesting we do this on anything other that days we're playing there nor is anyone...

Interestingly tonight on twitter Les Reid is saying no deal has been signed and it's only an agreement in principle. Maton from the council is indicating ACL would accept binding arbitration. Not sure if he has the authority to make statements like that but would def be a route to pursue.
