So where would we be better off

If we owned ACL we'd own the RICOH because ACL would probably be dissolved after.

So where would we be better off

But we only earn off 23 days a year anyway, but minus the rent revenue we'd get off F&B, parking* etc. than at the RICOH, plus the rent we have to pay. We'd still be able to hold conferences, would only be a small audience but we'd still get some money from it. The question isn't whether...

So where would we be better off

You think the council will sell for a fair price to CCFC? Bearing in mind Cllor Maton said he doesn't want CCFC to own the RICOH, just one man's comments, but, it could be reflective of the mood of the council.

Will the Football League condone SISU's actions ?

How representative is it though? I didn't answer it yet I'd try my best to go. If there were a clear, genuine plan to return to the city then I don't see why people would oppose such a measure, obviously, if you can't go because of a move, that's fair enough. Anyway, I personally don't think...

    London Demonstration Saturday 15th June

No, on the 19th of June - but a massive syllabus and to know that 80% of what I'm going to revise won't be in the exam is demoralising.

Will the Football League condone SISU's actions ?

I know we have shit support but 1000? No way, if we're doing well, we'll get a decent support I think (but in the bigger picture, still poor), it's like those people who boycott now yet I bet they went to Crewe at home! You don't just find 22k fans just like that! Whatever our current...

why we are so dissatisfied with SISU and could we expect any better off new owners?

Most important part of any club, although it's particularly neglecting in the English top tier. Barcelona had 6-7 (maybe more?) academy players in the CL winning lineups.

why we are so dissatisfied with SISU and could we expect any better off new owners?

No, they'd say 'why the fuck did we pay anything for him' - just like us about Eastwood!

Will the Football League condone SISU's actions ?

70% of our support wouldn't disappear if we moved into 'south Warwickshire', it would whilst we played outside the city though. In fact, I think Fisher's estimate of 7k if we're doing well is reasonable, I think of we were winning the league we'd get a good attendance - success would make these...

Will the Football League condone SISU's actions ?

Hang on, are you saying we wouldn't be better off owning are own ground, even if it were some basic 20-25k stadium? If so, no wonder people like yourself are opposed to CCFC! Look, when renting the RICOH, we get nothing from stadium events nor match day revenue, but if we owned our stadium...

Will the Football League condone SISU's actions ?

Point being? We don't get anything of it anyway.

why we are so dissatisfied with SISU and could we expect any better off new owners?

No it is critical and I don't think it should be underestimated. We paid £1.3m p/a in rent over 7 years, that's 9.1m in rent alone, now, add the missed money in revenues to it, take the 100k, about 700k, but, this ranges from 100-300k p/a because we had higher attendances when we first moved in...

Will the Football League condone SISU's actions ?

There may be conferences, Walsall have that and other stuff, So we could still get money from that, we don't have the plans for the stadium so you can't make assumptions presumptions. Besides, we get nothing from that anyway so I don't your point. Even if F&B was neutralised (which I don't...

why we are so dissatisfied with SISU and could we expect any better off new owners?

No one is saying it's all about rent, it isn't, but it's certainly important.

Will the Football League condone SISU's actions ?

Why? Because you make money off your stadium, now we only make ticket sales off match day, if we owned our own stadium, we'd get that + revenues, we'll have to pay for maintainence, yes, but if well run, the stadium on the whole would make profit, we'll be able to pay off money lent for new...

why we are so dissatisfied with SISU and could we expect any better off new owners?

Unfair, we've only had 60m debt dumped on us by SISU because that's there chance to cut their losses, transferring debt from other ventures to CCFC, but at stages, we have had no, or manageable debt. If you're sustainable, you can have as much debt as you like because people know you can pay...

why we are so dissatisfied with SISU and could we expect any better off new owners?

Ironically, those same people who take the moral high ground, namely CJParker, are rather happy to go protest at Fisher's kids' primary school. Also, I bet those same people would not object to such unethical practices if it were, say PH4/Byng Far East investors took such measures - in fact...

Will the Football League condone SISU's actions ?

They'll have to prove it to the FL. In the long-term, it is undisputible that building a new stadium would be more sustainable than renting a stadium. But I'd rather us purchase the RICOH 100%, whoever the owner, but at least one of the 50% shares will be difficult to obtain.
