Telegraph Poll: 66% Oppose the sale of the Ricoh to Sisu

Actually its Otium. I can't believe some would be happy for ccfc to potentially be paying sisu rent for the next 100 years.

Bob Ainsworth releases CCFC documents (OCTOBER 21, 2013)

Well something like that would certainly change things! The directors would be certainly looking at charges of fraud in that scenario.

Bob Ainsworth releases CCFC documents (OCTOBER 21, 2013)

Does that matter? My guess though would be Joe Elliott.

Bob Ainsworth releases CCFC documents (OCTOBER 21, 2013)

Acl have voiced concerns about the admin process. They or anyone else have to limit what they say, or sisu/Appleton would have them in court. Ainsworth on the other hand is free to say what he likes.

Plan for a united way forward (and no more splinters)

The Cathedral is supposed to signify the dangers of conflict and embodies the spirit of peace and reconciliation. I think that makes it a rather appropriate place. It has never been intended to be a Blitz memorial in the true sense, that sits in the precinct.

    Birthday Present for Joy

I saw a dead weasel by the side of the road at the weekend. I might scrape it up, slap on a big bow, and send it off with hugs and kisses to our glorious leader.

    Publicity inbalence

Is anyone suggesting building a statue in honour of them?

    Publicity inbalence

Yes, lets build a statue to someone who wants ccfc renting their stadium off a hedge fund for the next 100 years.

That being the case, shouldn't their opinions be listened to?

    Annoyance is Growing

I'm not sure what this argument is about. I thought it had been long established on here that transfer activity under sisu was pretty much neutral? They paid out a fair bit at first, but have since received that back.

Joy must never ever get her 60 million back

Its worth remembering Paul Fletcher was involved in setting the original price. Just one of the reasons why I now have no respect for him whenever he starts moaning about how high it is.

In it for the long term?

I thought they got funding for the academy, and the FA told them unless they get back to the higgs sharpish they would lose it?

    Whos who on here

Shouldn't that be Sky Blue?? ;)

    Publicity inbalence

Very true. Regardless of the topic, regardless of which party is in control of the council, Les always seems to have an issue with them.

    Reduced ticket prices next Tuesday

You also have to ask if the league cant stop something like that, what exactly is its purpose?

    Les's Results

Problem is with polling its who do you ask and who's opinion do you listen to more? For instance, should non football fan Coventrians have a greater say in this than City fans who don't live in Coventry?

    Worried

Its ok, Tim said sisu will fund the losses. Nothing to worry about.

    Our Away Support

Agree about the JPT nights. Against PNE I was at the opposite end to Singers corner but everyone was singing there. Im the same as shmmeee, I like joining in with a good sing song, but only when its already loud so I'm not drawing attention to myself!
