Sell Sheaf, build a first team around MvE, Thomas, Wright, Simms, Sakamoto. Everyone else is replaceable and should probably be replaced even if they stick around for backup.

We’re probably 2 or 3 short so we’d have to replace every player who goes plus that. O’Hare, Godden, Kelly, Moore are already going. That’s 6/7 signings straight away. Are we really going to integrated 12/13 players or even more as some are suggesting?

Top priority has to be one or two first team players with that mentality. Vik had it as well, wants to win every game, holds others to account. We’ve missed it massively this season.

Squad is definitely lacking leadership and drive and that’s meant we could drop off mentally and physically where if you had a Fadz or Doyle type on the pitch they wouldn’t allow it.

Godden is the closest, Allen and Kelly have tried their best until the end like Vik and Gus did. And Godden Allen and Kelly were all surpassed by the quality of the club. They didn’t just decide to milk 18 months of wages out of us cos they couldn’t be arsed any more.

Allen has been back from injury for like two games. This has been months. His form stopped dead when the transfer window closed. But sure it’s robins that has gone mental and dropped him for no reason.
