Home fans in South Stand v Preston - Trial Confirmed

Good. If everyone moves there that’s the singing bit regardless of what the club, the police, or a minority of sitting fans say about it. Majority rules. The whiners who do accidentally sit there will have plenty of other seats to choose from.

Home fans in South Stand v Preston - Trial Confirmed

This is why it’s important to shut down the silly conspiracy theories TBH. The club should give a clear message singers corner is now singers stand, and fans need to stop being weird and putting out nonsense rumours and “ooohhh what about the FA Cup games (with 15k attendance usually)??” posts...

Is this based on anything but weird paranoia?

As much as I’d hate to think what it would do to his ego, the club would probably be wise to reach out to the drummer lad and get him to publicly announce he’s moving over there to give people a bit of a steer.

Home fans in South Stand v Preston - Trial Confirmed

You guys realise that football ground stands don’t emit some kind of radiation that makes people want to sing or sit down, right? End of this season by definition all the fans in that end were not season ticket holders so (no shade to them) likely not the hard core stand and sing all game fans...

Bidwell is a more limited on the ball than McCallum, I think he’s an upgrade on Bidwell certainly in terms of resale he is. And mostly I don’t think Robins ever wanted to lose McCallum and likes working with him and that counts for a lot. Especially with almost all the old guard gone now...

This is purely an air war thing. She’s never going to be up for election as a Labour MP so what her constituents think doesn’t really matter. The intended effect is to bolster thoughts among those on the right that care about immigration that the Tories aren’t up to it. Or as I’ve shown that...

It really wasn’t. He wasn’t helped by having Hyam on that side, but he was very poor at attacking, preferring to play safe balls back and inside more than anything. His most effective attacking period was when we were backs to the wall and employed his height from goal kicks and his long throw...

There are two parts to electoral strategy: get your vote out and depress theirs. The people on this thread are as far from swing voters as it gets. This will be seen by the vast majority as “Tory Dover MP defects to Labour”.

Every proponent of a political ideology requires total policy adherence before they’ll accept their idealised version doesn’t work. They’ll no true Scotsman any and every implementation that could be termed an example of their ideology. For anything in a mixed economy they will claim the good...

More from Twitter. Just to prod the idea that the Tories are being super right wing, I know I’m a prick for effect on this topic. But seriously if you actually want to understand Labour post Brown until Starmer then watch the Tories right now. It’s an exact mirror. They will elect a headbanger...

I’ll break out the crayons and primary colours. The Tories are making immigration via small boats their tentpole issue. This is the Tory MP for Dover Dover is a place on the south coast that is often strongly linked with small boat migration. Having the MP for the place emblematic of what...

Ah the mythical other option which is so easy yet when the left were in charge they just chose not to do for reasons. Win an election then we’ll talk.

Whoever is in the party signs up for the whip and the manifesto. We are talking about the most left wing Labour leader bar Corbyn since Foot here. Going in promising nationalisation, workers rights, climate action, house building. What principle exactly do you hold so dear it trumps those?
