    The Higgs Share..

There are at least pictures somewhere online, think they were posted on here. You'll be surprised to know by the same company that did our artists impression! Just take the one we were shown and make the seats red and that's pretty much it. Brentford rejected those plans as they weren't...

Disheartening Sky Blue's Story On The Way..

Not saying the previous owners weren't terrible but I think you have to draw a line the day SISU took over. The did, or at least had the opportunity, to do due diligence. They came in telling us we would own the ground and be in the premier league so that have, by any criteria you care to judge...

Disheartening Sky Blue's Story On The Way..

Higgs didn't really get involved as an investment though did they? They did it to help the football club out and "to make a step change in the north west of the city through economic regeneration bringing employment and other economic benefits to the people of Coventry". In theory there was no...

    The Higgs Share..

I've always thought they'd buy the land but they don't even seem able to do that! They could easily buy land, keep it a few years and sell it on losing very little, may even make profit. Also thought they'd get plans out, can't be too expensive to buy 'off the shelf' plans based on someone...

    Arsenal sold out now?

Red Action Gooners, one of their supporters groups, have been asking their fans to join the protest.

    Arsenal sold out now?

Exactly, even if it genuinely is nothing more than a mistake it just highlights the appalling way everything about the club is run these days. Those say SISU would have to pay if they weren't all sold make it sound like they'd be putting their hands in their pockets which is of course nonsense...

    The Higgs Share..

Any pretty much every time they've asked for more CCC / ACL / Higgs have moved to at least partially meet their demands. I think now we're at a point where if talks are to ever resume SISU have to be the ones to show some willingness.

    The Higgs Share..

Higgs and the council have, at least publicly, always stated they were happy to talk at any time if a serious offer is made. I suspect in Higgs case it would now require paying the legal fees owed from last time round and SISU dropping their court action before they would enter talks again. Of...

    The Higgs Share..

Worth pointing out nothing has ever been put to the council to even have a chance of exercising their veto. If they purchased half of ACL now they could spend the next couple of years working in partnership with the council and building up the level of trust, at that point they may have more...

    The Higgs Share..

They did and Higgs agreed a HOT only to never hear from SISU again. I believe the 'formula' price was around £10m and SISU offered around half that but still had their bid accepted. SISU should have really exercised the right to purchase 50% of ACL on day one. They would have got all match day...

New shirt sponsor unveiled this afternoon

For the cup final wasn't there a coach company that wanted to make a deal to drive the team to the game but got told to get stuffed as we always used Harry Shaw?

New shirt sponsor unveiled this afternoon

As the saying goes 'perception is reality', it doesn't really matter what Grace have said if the perception is they have been kicked out for SISU to make a few quid off this match. Given that this response is entirely predictible why not do something to head off any criticism before it gets...

New shirt sponsor unveiled this afternoon

Sorry to quote myself but the PR from the club is shocking these days. Have SISU sacked the company they had advising them or was that only in matters relating to the rent dispute - not that there was much good PR out of that! Everytime they do something you can sit and within a few seconds...

New shirt sponsor unveiled this afternoon

I certainly see your point but I think some people will see that following on from yesterdays news that SISU are suing a local charity, they are now dropping another local charity for a fast buck. This is why companies have PR people, they are supposed to advise on things like this, it's not...

    Arsenal sold out now?

Don't need one, but thanks for the offer. Would prefer not to give SISU my money where possible, not that it really makes much difference when it's going to be sold out anyway.

you have to laugh don't you. all this fuss made for a sponsor for 1 game! how come the pictures show the away shirt with their logo on, since when did blue and red clash?

Hope they got the money up front. Imagine if, after the Arsenal game, the payment didn't come through!

    Arsenal sold out now?

I've been to away games, I haven't purchased a single away game ticket from CCFC, as I usually pay on the day, so nothing shows up in my account making me unable to purchase online. I might still have some stubs knocking about so the only way I could possibly purchase is by taking a day off work...

    Arsenal sold out now?

So basically it's not our fault blame Arsenal! Did they give a reason as to why they didn't set the onsale date for general sale before this deadline so they could gague interest? Their stated reason for not taking up the full allocation was that only 1K had been sold but at the point they...
