    binks to sign permanently

I don’t think he is but if you class Lati as a RB it works.

    Callum O'Hare

Sure. I’m just not sure spending millions there is a priority over other areas of the pitch. I’d much rather see it spent on a midfielder with ball retention skills and better CB/GK and a backup ST first.

The bottom 10% of *households* earned about 14k on average and will get various benefits as well. And updating those benefits is far more effective at tackling poverty than across the board tax cuts.

I just felt we didn’t control the midfield last season and with two 19 goal players plus Saka/EMC the forwards have got it covered. We aren’t a counter attacking side as much as if we want to compete at the top we need to be able to control games more. O’Hare/Palmer play almost as second...

Was more checking that they’re all worth it. I know some shows don’t hit their stride until later seasons.

And when the country starts growing we can afford to give people in the top 5% a tax cut. But right now it isn’t a priority.

It would help all earners below £100k. If your concern is low paid workers then it’s a hugely inefficient way of helping them compared to almost any other measure. We need to raise money to fix the mess the last 14 years has made. Not give it away to all but the top 1%. The rest is post hoc...

Interesting. Is there anything in the rules that states the away fans have to actually be in the bowl? 🤔

It’s a pretty regressive tax break. If you’re concerned about providing relief there’s far more effective ways of doing it than giving everyone a tax cut. I don’t need a tax cut, my kids do need teachers 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Callum O'Hare

I don’t think O’Hare is the type of player we need. We need a proper midfielder not a forward. I’d rather have Torp or Eccles in a three playing slightly further up than another dribbler like O’Hare or Rudoni.

No let’s just build nothing ever. Let’s have low growth and low productivity and outside of London remain a poor nation miles behind other first world countries. Because building things might be bad or something.

Counterpoint: you shouldn’t need the public onside for basic infrastructure. Just build it. I don’t care if Doris doesn’t think we need another prison, reservoir or train line.
