    ACL Finace Director quits?

Anyone else hearing rumours that John Street, who is ACLs finance director quit yesterday?

I'm far from an expert in admin but I would highly doubt ACL will get anywhere near what they are owed from administration. Football creditors will be paid in full, SISU via some offshoot who's name I forget put a charge over pretty much every asset CCFC had which I think means they get first...

Quick look on Google shows the crowd that ACL are proposing charged Plymouth £883,634.70.

Manhattan Capital... are they back in town?

We're Manhattan the crowd that had a meeting with the council then made a hasty retreat saying they would be impossible to work with?

    ACL council Higgs

I found that interesting. Sure it was reported somewhere that the rent strike had come about because ACL had time and time again refused to come to the table to discuss regeneration. If ACL are going to accuse SISU of bullying what exactly do they think they are doing now? People can't on one...

    Losses and Management fees

If it doesn't show in the published accounts how would PWKH know about it? I can't see TF bowling up to a meeting and telling everyone they've just taken millions out of the club! My other questions would be if we're losing millions a year surely any management fee is just a debt on a balance...

CWR phone in On now until 7pm ish

is this the same expert that was on this morning or is this another one? if it's a different bloke that's 2 'experts' now who have said they can't work out why ACL have done this and it's not going to end well.

    could go two ways.

the Southampton way needs a billionaire to come in and takeover so that leaves us with the Luton way.

I'm not sure my first thought would be 'let's get the people in who worked with Luton'! Aren't these the people who ran up such huge fees at Argyle it became a stumbling block for any potential sale?

    Losses and Management fees

OSB would be the best person to answer this but didn't this get mentioned when the last set of accounts were submitted, a while back I know, and there was no evidence to support it just the money that had gone to RR? Not sure, it all moves so fast I can't remember what happened this morning let...

With admin happening and us losing 10 points

Off the top of my head Leeds, Luton, Bournemouth and Portsmouth have all had, or are going to get in Pompeys case, additional points deductions for coming out of administration without a CVA. Probably more but I'm too lazy to check!

    Cwr

They've just mentioned this on the CWR news report that ACL what a new owner who will invest in the city as well as the football club. This has always bemused me why on earth would any potential owner have to invest in the city. If these proposed investments are so great why aren't other private...

with the bank accounts frozen and SISU allegedly making direct payments to staff and players what happens if they just stop paying? sure it wouldn't be liquidation but what would be the actual outcome? at what point are the players contracts breached and they can just walk away? whilst they...

    Cwr

will have to wait and see an administrators reports but depending how the books are being kept there has to be a good change SISU are the largest / majority creditor and would therefore be able to block any proposed CVA so we could potentially have -15 next season for coming out of admin without...

    Cwr

ACL have been lucky in that respect, peoples hate of SISU has left them able to do pretty much what they want without being questioned too much. TF isn't the first person to say ACL are impossible to deal with, indeed even before SISU here it was the same story. Obvioulsy none of our owners in...

SISU / ACL arguments - for god's sake!

Its a fair point. Everyone seems to want to pick a side, SISU or ACL. I don't trust either and all I care about is CCFC.

    March 22nd

does anyone know if the 22nd will be the full hearing. don't they normally have an initial court date which is just stating what is going to happen and then setting a date for the full hearing? Hopefully it's the full hearing and there's no delays or aadjournments or we're getting the -10 next...

Elliott and american businessman at the game last night

Out of interest can anyone think of a English club with American owners that would be considered a success? Even those with success on the pitch don't seem to have particularly happy fans.
