How to purchase New Home Shirt?

I don't think that password reminder has ever worked! Back when we had staff and you could phone someone up I had to ring them and get someone to reset my password and mail it out to me!

    Was it or wasn't it?

I assume you mean SISU and you're right they haven't but they keep claiming they need to take ownership of the freehold for the benefit of CCFC which is at best very doubtful but what PWKH's comment show is that even if they did have the freehold, as we've all suspected for a while, it brings no...

How to purchase New Home Shirt?

If you're using IE with the online shop, as I have to on my work PC, you will have an absolute nightmare - nothing works. Worth giving Firefox a try if you don't fancy going up to Lockhurst Lane.

    Was it or wasn't it?

This is where SISUs plan is doomed to failure. CCC can't let them have the freehold at below proper value which means SISU then can't sell it on at a profit or mortgage it for an amount greater than it has cost them to purchase. Coupled with the fact that the freehold brings no income I still...

    Was it or wasn't it?

Can someone explain to me how Otium could legally agree a rental deal for Sixfields while we were in admin but it was illegal for them to agree a rental deal to play at the Ricoh. The deal does not have to be part of the CVA, it just had to be agreed to prior to ACL agreeing to the CVA, as far...

    Was it or wasn't it?

Didn't TF also say to Sky Sports News after the first CVA meeting regarding the 150K offer that he hadn't seen that coming and would need time to consider it or words to that effect. Did he then hit his head and forget it had ever happened or was he not part of Otium that day as well? To be...

Will A Deal Be Done Before Next Season?

If / and when that happens the FL seem to have backed themselves into a corner. What do they do in 3 years time when SISU tell them there's not actually a stadium? Kick us out of the league? Hows that going to look when all along everyone apart from SISU has been telling them the new stadium...

    Was it or wasn't it?

Exactly, people are making this out to be way more complicated than it actually is. An offer was on the table, unless ACL have specifically revoked the offer as the other party involved, or any other party interested, you would assume the same offer to be available until told otherwise. I can't...

How much rent, fees and interest is acceptable ?

which is hardly unreasonable. you can't expect ACL to make the offer unconditionally and allow SISU to continue trying to put them out of business through the JR process!

Fisher : CCFC would not own Ricoh Areana if Otium bought the freehold

The way I look at it is SISU are well aware of he fans concerns regarding them owning the stadium, it's a question thats been regularly asked of them at least since the summers fans forums. There's 2 options, either SISU owning the Ricoh / new stadium will benefit SISU or it will benefit CCFC...

How much rent, fees and interest is acceptable ?

possibly but ACL have said they can't comment until the JR issue is resolved so there would be a reason for them not commenting where there is no reason for SISU not commenting. £150K in L1, £400K if we get promoted. rolling 10 year lease which is the minimum allowed under football league...

    Away Ticket Update FYI

I would guess the way that works is that if CCFC request that % they can't refuse to let us have them. Do we have to pay something up front for all the tickets we request. We never seem to ask for the full amount available up front and always have it's nearly sold out / will we get any more...

How much rent, fees and interest is acceptable ?

I can't imagine if the £150K offer was of any interest to SISU they would have stayed silent about it. Lets say ACL were insisting it be part of the CVA and not a standalone offer, Fisher would be all over CWR and the CT saying they refused to make the offer to them in a meaningful manner and if...

How much rent, fees and interest is acceptable ?

I think the arguement here is over symantecs. Lets assume it is correct and it can't legally be included in the CVA. There's no reason whatsoever it can't be agreed before the CVA. Sign the rental agreement and once thats done ACL sign off the CVA. There's no way SISU can argue that can't happen...

a BIG thank you to Northampton

In my opinion if Northampton had refused the groundshare SISU would have had no choice but to go back to the Rioch. They wouldn't have liquidated the club, that would have eliminated any chance of getting a return on their supposed investment. There also has to be a limit to how far they could...

    Honesty

I think if we were returning to the Ricoh it would only take a week or two, they've got the pitch laid any all that so it could all happen very quickly. If there was another match at Sixfields prior to an announced Ricoh return I'd be tempted to go to be honest as hopefully in years from now...
