    Not coming back.

The womens team have been playing there, what have their attendances been like? If CCFC were non league the costs from an ACL perspective would most likely take a huge drop. You'd probably only open one stand for a start so less staff needed, less F&B outlets to open. Would just need them to sit...

Les Reid - new story today

when he was getting some stick for giving Joy an easy ride didn't he say something about future interviews or have I imagined that? there's some very obvious questions that need to be asked of Joy and / or Tim but neither the Telegraph or CWR seem up to the job. How difficult can it be to push...

Les Reid - new story today

Haven't listened to this weeks podcast yet so can't really comment on what's in that but isn't their a big flaw in taking anything from a conversation with Reeves and West. As we know from before Reeves and West, who are both board members at ACL, are not in a position to discuss the sale of the...

    Fantastic news for Blaze fans.

Miss going to Blaze games since I've moved down south. There's not even any localish Elite League teams to get a few away games in.

Les Reid - new story today

That is possibly the worst story that's been in the CT and that's saying something. To sum up Les Reid announces on twitter theres "New #CCFC story to come from me today" then claims "BREAKING: Coventry council bosses still want #CCFC back at Ricoh as tenants not owners, after 'talks'"...

Les Reid - new story today

Unless it's a story that all talks are off or that a deal has been done I'd rather there was nothing reported at all. You never know what little thing could cause an issue so unless it's 100% one way or the other better for everyone, including the press, to keep quiet.

    for Bradford fans

He clearly had his back turned and was moving away from the free kick. if you're chap had just side footed it passed him, or wait to take the kick, rather than deliberately belting it at him there wouldn't have been an issue. Even the commentators on Sky, who were very one sided given that of...

What did Parkinson say to Pressley?

It must have been something pretty off for Elvis to react like that, thought he was going to take a swing at him!

    Bradford City Match Thread

I would guess he thought the ball was going to come through quicker and reach him in the box. Once he'd started charging out he was committed to it. Either that or his brain switched off for a minute!

    New club shop

Can't answer that unless you know the terms of the lease, could be they've signed something short term or with an easy out. Guess one giveaway could be how much it looks like they've spent on a refurb. If it's been done on the cheap it's more likley to be short term, if it looks like they're...

How much will a new naming deal be worth at the Ricoh

Lets be honest by 2025 we'll either be back playing at the Ricoh, have a new ground or most people will have given up. Can't take another 12 years of this!

Champions League to BT Sport 2015

This has the potential to be another ITV Digital doesn't it? Chap from Sky was saying BT bid more than twice Skys offers. Given that BT have a lot less subsribers (and that number will surely drop when the freebies stop) and some games, inc the final, are free how are they going to make their...

Did City Lose their Database as well as the ground?

I was getting them but unsubscribed as they would just make me annoyed when they were trying to sell tickets / hospitality for Sixfields. Strangley I have started getting them from West Ham and Pompey and no matter how many times I unsubscribe they don't stop!

    Question for PWKH

The 10 years is indeed a FL regulation which I think is why ACL proposed a 10 year rolling contract at £150Kpa. In theory had SISU accepted that they could have walked away when a new ground was ready and pay off the remainder of the contract. From a financial standpoint that would leave them a...

    The fa cup

would be great to get to the third round and draw a big prem team at home just to see how SISU respond if there's a game that could sell out the Ricoh.

    2 questions

why are we still under an embargo if the accounts have been filed by Otium? FFP? Have to pay money owed to ACL? Have to wind up the old company? Does anyone actually know the reason?

    Coventry Transport Museum - Racists

Quotas and positive discrimination has never seemed to me a great way to solve the problem as the person in the job will always have 'you only got the job as you're asian / african etc'. Might be worth a call to them to see why it is this way, could be that they've had funding for the role which...
