The defence may have been in shape but they're all running back towards goal, that puts them at a disadvantage. Prior to that not having anyone put pressure on the ball allows 3 or four unchallenged simple passes and the free cross onto the box allowed near pinpoint accuracy. Decent finish too...

It is probably tactical, it's probably also a lack of something (form, confidence or whatever) that has shown us up the last batch of games. In game management needs to be better. I've often found myself inwardly shouting "run you cunts" but also thinking where the fuck is the midfield.
