As the Ricoh pitch is being maintained anyway the cost of putting on games with a low attendance can't be much can it? You would need to see how it compares to owning your own non league ground. For all we know maintenance etc at Sphinx could work out at £1K a game and they could get the Ricoh...

Maybe not sold but if we have players at the end of their contracts or players who attract bids 'we can't refuse' and we don't have the budget to bring in new players that's going to be a problem isn't it?
