Okay. Well if we assume McNulty is ill I would go for Biamou or JCH and alongside them, Ponticelli or Beavon.

And to make sure I am not just manipulating the facts, Home table top 4 Luton, Accrington, Notts County and Exeter. Mansfield are 5th. We are 6th. So, we are 6th best at home and 12th best away. How is that going to get us into the playoffs? Doesn't matter about other seasons, this season we...

Just looked and only Exeter out of the top teams are below us in the away table. Top 4? Swindon, Luton, Wycombe, Accrington.

5 wins out of 15 matches. Yes, of course lots of other seasons, but nearly always us midtable and lower and not challenging at the top. If you are one of the best sides in the division surely you expect to win a lot more games. We only have 5 wins out of 15 games and someone posted the away...

Just don't see how you can leave McNulty out and there you have two target men. Cannot see that working at all, with no-one to play off them.

Been scoring for the U21's, but not on the bench on Saturday, which I can assume was down to the illness bug as much as anything.

Exactly my thinking too. It can indeed have a psychological effect on players and you also have to remember that many of the 'lesser' clubs we will face may well be fighting for their survival down the other end of the table. I see Barnet, bottom of the table, beat Notts County on Saturday. I...

Oh yeah, of course. The old 'we'll be back' routine that has served us so well in the past! There's always next time! Yeah. Relegated from the Premier, 'we'll be back.' The season we finished 8th in the Championship, the next season we were 17th and the season after that 21st. We finished 8th...

What needs to be done for Colchester?

My first comment after the opening kick off on Saturday. Accrington made a short pass and tried to weave their way upfield in the second half, but not us. We always just automatically kick it towards the touchline and invariably it usually just goes out if play.

As I keep saying, we need an unbeaten run. Best we have had all season is just 4 games. We need something along the lines of 7-8 games unbeaten to still be competing. Either that, or 3 or 4 wins in a row at some point.

    Poll

It's not simple though is it. Far from it. Still 15 games to go, of course we can make the playoffs. Why do you seek a yes or no now? We have to see if this is just a wobble or not at the moment, or the start of something a bit more serious. It's not a yes or no for me right now. Still too...

I'm waiting to see what side he puts out. Might give us a better indication of how we may well get on.

Exeter back in September? We also beat Carlisle in September by the same score. I can't quite remember how convincing we were that day, but against Exeter we were.

Bit OTT, Brighton, as it is just 2 games, but lose tomorrow and then again on Saturday and it will look more like that is the case for sure.

We haven't beaten all of the so called top teams though. We lost to both Mansfield and Accrington and though we beat them once, also lost once against Exeter. There's three teams in the top seven right there.

That thrashing by Cheltenham though was that infamous game where Reid got sent off for them. They were 1-0 up and well in control apparently and the Reid sending off completely changed the match, so wouldn't pay too much heed to that. That's why their manager was so angry with him. And you say...

    Help with my dissertation

I am an idiot, so do not have any smart meters unfortunately, Rev. Will ask one of my two friends if they have one.

15 games to save his job.

There has been too much emphasis on Tony Andreu and it's become a bit of an urban legend to be honest. People seem to be assessing his value to the team based upon a supposition. We really have no idea how good he would have been for us this season and to what degree he would have added value...
