He's painful to watch. Static, can't pass reliably, uninvolved in the buildup play, He was dropped for these reasons. Whenever he starts I'm reminded again, I don't like rotation except at 70 mins!

I can't see Simmo starting. Haji put in a shift on Monday, even the Sky commentators picked up on his work rate, even covering Brau at one point. Time will tell, whoever it is needs much better service.

    25/26 January Transfer Window

Who's likely to be available in the loan market - tried and tested, rather than an exciting prospect? That's a more interesting question I think than x player for y million...

Match Thread Coventry City - Ipswich Town Match Thread - Monday 29th Dec

First half Grimes was covering Brau and we got bossed in mf. Haji had only three touches. Vera kept hoofing the ball up the pitch straight back to them. Wright took a shove in the back when it was anywhere near him. Better second but not enough. The illnes and fatigue won out in the end I think...

    Half term report

Although his crossing has improved quite a bit, it's a shame we can't seem to do it so well from the left, it leaves us very predicatable at times.

    25/26 January Transfer Window

I don't think so, unless someone moves on for real money. Clearly they were after a wide player at the end of the last window so that'll probably happen, maybe one more around the edges. Everyone will blame Austin and co...

the problem is with that line of thinking is the money is already committed if they do still owe us, so it wouldn't be an offset on a rich fee. I can't see it just now.

Coventry City - The CBS Story: In our Coventry Homes (BBC CWR)

The problem was that the fans were served up a shit sandwich by the local media, who sacrificed editorial independence for political reasons, partly being lent on and partly because they were well trained puppies. It was quite a few years before most fans realised that sisu and the council were...
