Both sides can disclose any information they have legally obtained. SISU are asking for access to information they don't currently have a legal right to access. From what we've been told there hasn't been an equivalent request for access to any information held by SISU.

Wouldn't you need a breakdown of exactly what was included and a cost for each item to be able to answer that? Match days costs isn't a defined thing so you'd need to know if you were comparing like with like and where the differences occur if you want to explain any variance.

The way the FOI requests were worded covered all possibilities so if something is happening the responses aren't evasive they would be outright lies and if councils have been lying in FOI responses they could be in trouble.
