Was just having a nose around on the Wasps forum to see what they're saying about the Ricoh move - seems to have been accepted now, more talk about where people want to sit and what beer there is than talk of protests!
Anyway while on there I saw a report from a fans forum they held last week...
I lived in a flat for a while down here. At first it was OK and fairly quiet. Then the council closed down all the nightclubs on the seafront as there was too much trouble and not unsurprisingly those people went elsewhere. Unfortunately that was near my flat so there'd be fights going on...
Haven't they paid a small fortune for the Champions League rights? You'd have to imagine they need to improve their subscriber base (and stop giving it free to BT Broadband customers) to make that back. How many people can afford multiple sports packages, there's so much football on I don't...
Really enjoyed it.
Toby Jones is also in Detectorists which I'm really liking, it's been hidden away on BBC4 for some reason. Written, directed and staring MacKenzie Crook you can see he learnt a few things when he was in The Office.
Too early to say. Could depend on what happens in the January window which is worrying.
Saying that by the time we get to Orient we could both be in the relegation places.
That's exactly my point, your job requires you to pass a CRB check and you wouldn't and therefore wouldn't be employed. You're not required to pass a CRB check to be a footballer.
In which case rather than targeting Evans it needs to be address by the FA and FL and a rule change that you need...
But you wouldn't be able to be a teacher as there's regulations or laws preventing it due to that risk. What risk does Evans playing football pose, what job should he get that would be less of a risk? If the arguement is that the law should be changed to ensure peoples safety then fair enough...
Not sounding good so far. Not sure we've got much on the bench that will make an impact or be able to change the game. Change of formation at half time?
Shows the danger of not winning the recent 'easy' games, we're currently 1 point off the relegation places.
I'm not sure you can start being selective about what people can do after they come out of prison. The idea is you come out having been punished for your crime(s) and hopefully rehabilitated. That may often not be the case but its the theory.
Is it that he will be a celebrity? Don't think so...
Interesting line up, actually makes me a bit more optimistic. Hopefully these players know some of them are only in as there's no other choice and will go all out to stake a claim to be a regular.
So why is everyone getting excited about what Reid tweeted? I asked the same earlier in the thread as I'd stopped reading a lot of the stuff about the stadium / Wasps and there seemed to be a sudden change from there's no way we can buy the share to we're going to own 50% based of what had been...
