Is imminent the new 3 weeks?

    State of the pitch

Maybe we should phone Northampton and see if we can have the pitch we paid for.

    In a practical sense

Exactly, when you're trying to integrate yourself into the community, even if only because you want to sell tickets, you're not going to do something that will upset a lot of people. It's not like there's a lack of space for them to put their own things in there.

    SCG minutes

I find the SCG increasingly does nothing but cause embarrassment, the minutes read like a group of school kids who won't even try and get on with anyone else. They've managed to discuss absolutely nothing of any importance but have had a snipe at everyone they can think of with the exception...

    Match Thread

From the sounds of things I'm not sure its the performance SP would have wanted. I expected them to come out all guns blazing and, for the first half at least, it didn't seem a huge improvement over the weekend. But the result is the main thing, into the next round and hopefully we'll see...

    Match Thread

Is this true? Had a quick look back at the articles on the official site from when the ground was formed and there's no mention of anything but the group working on the new ground. Has she realised it's all bollocks and is trying to save face. The language everyone on the SISU side of things...

    State of the pitch

Think they've said that the pitch will be replaced with a different type of pitch but I imagine that won't happen until next season. Isn't it more down to that bloody tent they had on the pitch than the number of games being played on it, can't imagine they're going to do that again, at least...

    In a practical sense

The badge is easy enough, they'll just stick a Wasps one up there with the others. Can't imagine anything will happen with the statue, bricks or memorial garden - they will be wanting to at least appear that they give a toss about us. I guess until we move (as we all know SISU are building a new...

For the Ann Lucas haters ...

I wonder how many people who moan about the council actually step away from the keyboard and do something about it. It's not that hard to get in touch with your MP / councillor and they are after all accountable to the electorate. Not saying they will take any notice of you but you can at least...

    MGI Fiduciary Services next franchise?

So you want everyone to start protesting about something you've just completely made up in your own head?! Could we move closer to or even inside the boundary to Brum, it's a possibility if the mythical new ground happens but it certainly won't be franchising. Who in their right mind would...

    If We Lose Tonight?

I don't think losing makes his position untenable but after that speech yesterday if they lose with a performance similar to Saturday then he could be worrying about getting a call from Fisher or Waggot. If the players show no response what can he do to turn things around other than shipping...

    A Different Incident?

This is one of the problems with social media, not many of the players come across as that bothered when we lose which is bound to cause fans frustration.

    Wasps do have the veto

MMM, was it all about rugby or was there any info on any plans for the training centre? Or anything else that benefits the city?

    Wasps do have the veto

So lets say that on day 1 that SISU took over the asking price for 50% or 100% of ACL was way too high. What do you think would have happened if on day 1 SISU had said we need to own the ground to secure the future of the club and enable us to be competitive? They could have said the value...

    Some basic ricoh questions

Don't think they pay rent as such but they do (did?) pay for the lease. Can't remember the exact amount off the top of my head but think it was in the region of £20m for 50 years, which was cheaper than paying the annual charge. What we don't know is what, if anything, the council will be...

    Wasps do have the veto

Haven't Higgs already accepted an offer from Wasps? Think this is just going through the motions to remove any potential for SISU to drag everyone into court again.

Pressley is our manager. . . its staying that way

If we play the way we did at the weekend on Wednesday and lose again he will probably have to go after this. I think he's right in what he says but if he doesn't get the response where does he go from there?

    Wasps do have the veto

Think this is exactly what they'll do. The danger with that plan is if / when Wasps exit the Ricoh will we even need a stadium or will we be non-league playing at the Butts. Wouldn't rule it out in the next 5 - 10 years unless something changes. Ownership is pretty much out of the question...

    Wasps do have the veto

Given the situation we are in now what good is it going to do us complaining to CCC or Higgs? Given Wasps power of veto practically assures them of ending up with 100% neither of those parties can have much impact on the future of the club. We might as well all go and protest outside Richardson...
