If Stockdale stays a bit longer and plays well I can see us doing a deal now for him to join in the summer. Robins said he knows ‘stocky’ from Rotherham days too. I’ve always said I’d let Burge and LOB go so why not replace with Stockdale and bring Addai up to number 2?

Not at all. I don’t think Biamou has really had a solid consistent run. JCH has had two stints at the club.

I’d happily let JCH go. Didn’t want him back. Think he’s pretty shite. I don’t want a striker that works hard and gets stuck in - I want goals and this lad can’t get more then 7/8 goals a season which isn’t enough.

If memory serves me right they should have had a player sent off in the 2nd leg. Absolute swings and roundabouts. They still conceded 5 goals over 2 legs.

Grimmer was ever present last season and topped it with a great finish at Wembley then dropped like a stone for Sterling. Not questioning the decision but it’s harsh on him isn’t it. I’m be suprised if he stayed. Leaves us short though obviously because sterling is a loanee.

Stating the obvious here. It’s good business model to acquire players for the future but we need to balance that with readymade now. Never mind season 2024/25 we want to make a success of 2019/2020!!
