    I agree and that's what you get when you concentrate your investment in a place. Other cities could be much better with even half of London investment levels.

    The tax could be offset against the costs of their care I've played plenty of tax in my life to date as well, but have not, unlike you, been the beneficiary of massive property value inflation.

    My current house is a 60s built house with windows the width of every bedroom. The council house I grew up had the same. The first house I bought was a new build, the only benefit of the tiny windows was that it was nice and cool in summer. It's the polar opposite in the current one.

    Not for me, both on 4 year contracts and likely imo to have a better season next year and command a better price next summer, it's not really the right time to sell.

    It feels a bit strange that these sort of rumours are circling about O'Hare implying a war for his signature, you'd have expected him to be pretty much locked in with whoever he is going to sign for by now, especially as pre-season starts in two week's time.
