    New stadium meeting with RBC

I think the opposite, everyone should get behind Fisher and tell him to get on with it. Call his bluff. Would that not depend on location? If, for example, it was in Ansty right next to the business park / motorway would it really be any different to the Ricoh? I suspect the theory would be...

    New stadium meeting with RBC

Why would they need to keep us sweet? If we're not building a new stadium they become a monopoly. They can treat us how they like and charge us whatever they want and we have little other option. With no evidence of things having moved forward on a new ground since the Sixfields move would the...

Club aims to raise £35m from bond

Seems Simon is now back at work and from todays story in the CT it seems local councils have to supply minutes of private meetings under FOI. Hopefully now we'll finally see some questioning from the CT of the Wasps deal to purchase ACL in particular the questions that have been raised as a...

    New stadium meeting with RBC

Here's a horrible thought. If SISU have managed to make the club self sufficient then they might just stick around doing more of the same for the next 7 years in the hope that when Wasps have to pay back the investors they don't have the cash and SISU can pick up the Ricoh on the cheap.

    New stadium meeting with RBC

I think in many ways this is good news. SISUs bluff, assuming it is a bluff, can now be called. Although its not a final deadline its pretty clear that to have any chance of success the September deadline is key. That puts the ball firmly in SISU's court, they have until September to get their...

    New stadium meeting with RBC

I don't think there's that many clubs who don't get the income from their stadium. Even if you discount the extra facilities the Ricoh has, such as the exhibition halls, we still need to have access to all revenues to be on the same footing as other clubs. When was this? Was it just ruled out...

    new kit details

On the club shop this years away kit is listed as 2014 - 2016 but if we're changing suppliers I would expect it to change.

    New stadium meeting with RBC

CT has details of a recent meeting between the club and RBC http://www.coventrytelegraph.net/news/coventry-news/coventry-city-fc-stadium-plans-9186189 Besides the fact that it confirms there has been meeting(s) with RBC the most interesting parts are that RBC are prepared to put the new...

When do we expect to hear about Mowbray ?

Can't see it taking long. He seems to know what he wants so it just needs a yes or no from SISU. If its a no he'll want it known ASAP so he's considered for other jobs.

    North Stand petition

That's what block 25 is reserved for. According to the club the health and safety bods won't allow that. Think they get referred to as the safety committee, not sure if that's part of the council or ACL. I have no idea why at every other club you only have to be separated by a couple of rows...

    Saturdays confirmed.

They more than likely will however its a FL rule that we get first choice over dates and other rugby premiership teams seem able to work round this so I think we'll be OK on this one.

    Waggot is hurting too

With FFP couldn't you make a pretty good estimate of the maximum each club could spend from their accounts which are publically available.

    North Stand petition

All those that sign the petition should have to give their card details, if enough of them sign the club can take a payment and send them all season tickets!

    Election 2015

that's the problem, it's great for people who actually want to own a home but if you aren't building new social housing at least as quickly as you're selling it off you've got a problem. Should also put a restriction on them so they can't be let out. Seems to be a large chunk of social housing...

    Stokes released by FGR

He can't cost much in wages, a decent enough squad player. No problem with offering him a contract but if he asks for silly money not worth pursuing.

    Cashless System is Back!

I was told that the issue with using the season ticket cards was that Wasps wanted an unreasonably large admin fee for us to use it. The stance, as I was led to believe it, is that it would be nice but not worth throwing money at.

    Early bird prices out:

The budget will no doubt have been based on selling a certain number of season tickets. That total is likely to have been broken down so they have an expectation to have sold a certain number by a certain date. With your plan those numbers will be way down, at that point do you think it is more...

    Cashless System is Back!

I liked the cashless thing, don't know why so many people had a problem with it. The bigger problem is it seems to surprise the kiosks that at half time there's a sudden rush of people and they struggle to cope, they need to work on getting stuff prepared and served quicker. Wouldn't be...

    Season Tickets

They don't use the cashless anymore do they? Or is it making a comeback. I've still got my old card somewhere that probably has a few quid on it.

anyone know of any good Tv, phone and broadband packages

With the latest Sky price hike I'm paying over £100 a month for TV, broadband and phone (which I never use). Seriously considering binning the lot and moving to freeview. Already have Netflix, maybe sign up for Hulu Plus as well (not too hard to get round the geo restrictions by the look of...
