Would have been better off not putting the fixtures on then wouldn't they? Don't think you can buy individual match tickets yet.

    Wasps new deal with Compass

Exactly, a serious amount of money that belongs to the taxpayer and a charity. Therefore surely you would expect a process to take place to ensure the maximum possible return was achieved? Seeing as you don't seem to have understood the last example lets try another. Let's say Man City have...

    Mowbray in the Shop

As in they have to wait for the system to catch up, they aren't having to enter it manually for each game are they? I suppose the thinking is why spend the money on a new system to cope with an occasional big game. The other option would be something like ticketmaster but then we'd get hit with...

    Season Ticket Sales

That's the problem. Realistically at this level some like Ricketts would be a big singing yet all know him signing would have zero impact on season ticket sales. Not sure who people think we are going to sign really.

If you like tennis might be worth tuning to BBC2 now. Heather Watson has just won the second set against Serena Williams and is 2-0 up in the final set.

    Away fans next year

Its a joke really. Allegedly it is because of past trouble at the Ricoh but lets face facts the Ricoh is one of the last places you'll see trouble, you see far worse things at a lot of other grounds yet they don't have the same restrictions put on them.

    Wasps new deal with Compass

Exactly, had their been an open sale process then no fingers could be pointed at CCC. Instead they chose to operate in secret while openly lying to CCFC and the people of the city.

    Wasps new deal with Compass

Hang on, you said SISU never showed any willingness to make an offer. I post a link showing they have made an offer, surely that proves they were willing to make an offer?

    Wasps new deal with Compass

If CCC were as certain you are no offer would be made by SISU then why not give them the option? They can then sell to Wasps telling us all that they offered SISU the same deal and they turned it down.

    Wasps new deal with Compass

The difference between confidentiality and exclusivity is key here. Confidentially means there is absolutely nothing stopping CCC informing anyone that they had better get a bid in quickly as a sale is about to take place. In reality taking and successfully action for breach of confidentially in...

    Wasps new deal with Compass

There's two ways of looking at this. The first is that the role of CCC is to work to the advantage of the city. I would say that would mean they should be putting the needs of the likes of CCFC and CRFC above the needs of a rugby club from London. Therefore it would follow that before selling...

    Wasps new deal with Compass

I think if you read between the lines, especially to some of the direct questions PWKH was asked you could easily draw the conclusion that the club made approaches about renegotiating the rent but there were never any actual negotiations as ACL wouldn't come to the table. This was around the...

    Wasps new deal with Compass

Tony, unless I'm misunderstanding your argument seems to be that SISU could have, and should have, made the exact same deal Wasps made. There appears to be no evidence at all to support your assumption. CCC could easily have said the same terms were available to SISU but were rejected by them...

    sorry to say but

If we're on a tight budget and as TM says a little extra money would make a big difference then think what 1000 extra season ticket sales could do. The ST sales are shocking really, if people aren't going to put money into the club how can they expect it to be spent?

    Next Sisu Appeal

Joking aside it could be the case that SISU have a legal team permanently employed. If they use these kind of tactics regularly it would make sense as it would be cheaper than bringing them in on an hourly rate for every case. If that's correct then the cost to SISU doesn't really change no...

    Season Ticket Sales

When people are buying season tickets in the shop what is it that's taking so long? Surely you just pick where you want to sit, give them your details if you're not already on the system and then pay. There's not any finance option to deal with so what takes them so long?
