North Stand Private Seat Licence Holders

The impression I got was that it was less to do with the practical side of moving them and more to do with needing permission from ACL as its not our ground.

    Season Ticket Sales

That is always the danger. Think they said they need to average around 10K attendance so if the lower price doesn't increase the crowds we will be looking at a cut to the player budget I would imagine.

New kit announced in the coming days

The Puma kits, apart from the FA Cup replica and retro shirt, were the same weren't they? Template kits that are available to everyone.

New kit announced in the coming days

Do people wear these out and about? If not what does it matter what the back looks like. With the exception of a game and the start of the season and a game at the end of the season we'll all be wearing jackets to keep warm so nobody will even see the back!

Would you want CCFC to be the next Chelsea/Man City?

Its all well and good saying other clubs supporters miss the old days of crumbling grounds and teams full of English players but realistically if we, or any other club, want to compete at the top we have to move with the times. Unless the whole of football changes radically the only way to...

North Stand Private Seat Licence Holders

I am not one so no idea about the first question. I doubt they would bother with new certificates, more likely they will say you still have your original seat if and when that stand gets used again. Seem to recall they were hoping to move the padded seats but were waiting on a response from ACL.

    The Ashes

The start of the series will be vital, if the Aussies get a decent start I can see the doubts and nerves creeping in to the England side and it all going horribly wrong.

New signing set to be announced today

They must be waiting for the club shop to open so they can buy a pen.

New signing set to be announced today

Depends what type of story we're talking about. With something like the kit then as the paper have (or maybe had!) a decent working relationship with the club they will be given the details in advance so they can prepare but told not to publish until a certain time. That's fairly standard and...

McSheffrey not offered new deal at Scunny

Bit strange, wonder what happened there. Have they got rid of someone else and that's promoted a change?

    New Club Store Website

You could just get a number without a name. 87 or a classic 9 would both look OK without having a players name - who will promptly leave as soon as you've got the kit.

    Wow factor signings

The last two players I got excited about us signing were Bell and Eastwood, didn't work out too well!

    Rate the manager

Since I've been going to games (started in 86) I would rate Sillett as the best. He managed to get a lot out of a bunch of players no one else really wanted. To be honest I think things started to go downhill when he got pushed out. Was a fan of Nilsson as well and still think it was a mistake...
