    Cheltenham Away

How is it unfair? I've done 12 Home games and 9 Away Games this season, so I'd put myself in your regular match going fans bracket anyway! I'd get a ticket in the home end even if I couldn't get an away ticket.

On the Sky Blues Phone in on CWR, Nick from Birmingham said Zain Westbrook is a really good player from what he's seen...which can't be much as he doesn't go to any of our games any more, yet still rings up every Monday, Friday and Saturday to give his opinion based on Eakin's 'fabulous'...

    Cheltenham Away

If I wanted to have a pint with the Stone Island Brigade, I would just drop you a message ;) I'm looking forward to Cheltenham, anyone know of any decent battle cruisers about the place?

    Cheltenham Away

There are some weird posts on the Cov Fans Forum Group but give it it's credit, if you ever want cheap coach travel, a funny picture of Joy Seppala with a witches hat on or a stream for Crawley Away, then it's pretty bloody good!

    Cheltenham Away

I know it's not what you're referring to @clint van damme and slightly off topic but these days I always expect to pay a little bit more than face value for tickets, especially gigs, due to the extortionate booking fees Ticketmaster etc are adding on! I was looking at day tickets for...

    Cheltenham Away

A lot of them are wind ups mate, I've seen posts offering tickets for Stevenage at home for £50 each. It started last year when someone genuinely wanted £150 a ticket, on the first day of sales for the Checkatrade Final, when people were panicking they wouldn't get a ticket.

    Russell Slade ?

.....Here’s a picture of @Earlsdon_Skyblue1 at the start of his summer holiday, looking up admiringly at the appointment of Russel Slade.

    Russell Slade ?

I, like many others on here, have said several times that (whilst I liked Mogga's attacking football and I enjoyed that season we had Armstrong, Maddison, Cole, Murphy, Fleck, Vincelot etc) he should of at least got us into the Top 6 with the squad he had. He's guilty of not getting us promoted...

    Russell Slade ?

Mowbray is the perfect Scapegoat for you - as you called for Slade to be appointed, defended his tactics and signings and even this summer said he was the perfect appointment for Grimsby!!! Slade was the worst thing to come to Coventry since the Black Death!!

    Observations from today...

I’ve got a few CP Company jackets, one all the way from Bologna and a Stone Island jacket but that doesn’t stop me taking the piss out of it/myself ;) I’ll be honest, I’ve seen a lot of it this season and only one or two bits looked like Stone Thailand! A lot of people were wearing just the...

Serves you right for wearing your gimp outfit to a football match!

    Observations from today...

Hahahaha the S.I.B, I quite like that! I agree on the middle ground. No doubt the SIB will be licking their lips at the thought of a £16 return train ticket to Cheltenham and a 1300 allocation!... I'm sure their mums have already got the iron out for their Stoney and CP jumpers...

    Russell Slade ?

I’m a fan of Mogga but the first to admit he should of got that team promoted considering how good the squad was. If your beloved Slade was appointed Bayern Munich manager, he would have them in a relegation dogfight within a month.

I hope this moron never works again, he’s the reason we’re stuck in this Bastard league. Fuck Slade!!!

Match Thread Coventry City at Notts County Match Thread - Saturday 7th Apr

Well said, all of this is basic, it’s on show every Sunday morning in a park near you. I’d expect a professional footballer of any age to know this – it shouldn’t take a manager to tell you to get their man off the keeper or you can’t be offside from a throw in etc!!! Burge should of been...

Match Thread Coventry City at Notts County Match Thread - Saturday 7th Apr

It’s Sunday League, if they stick a man on your keeper you stick a man on him to stop him blocking and obstructing the keeper. You shouldn’t need a manager or coach to tell you, it’s common sense and expected from Under 12s upwards. We shouldn’t of had to appeal it because it shouldn’t of...

    Observations from today...

I've noticed that for any game that's a cheap train journey away, the Stone Island brigade come out of the woodwork. Not complaining, just an observation - we need all the support we can get!

    CWR

I’ve tried this once years ago and you’re right, the commentary was incorrect about 60-70% of the time. Eakin also does nothing to describe the game, he doesn’t even mention what end we’re kicking towards. He frequently gets the name of the team we’re playing wrong so on a Saturday afternoon we...

Coventry Memorial Park: Radio 1 (4) Big Weekend

I know the type, we’ve had at least one mate bail each Away day this season, that’s with having a train and match ticket bought for them. I will quite happily take them off your hands if they become available mate
