    Worst CCFC Team - Manager

We're like a managers graveyard. Does any other club have such a poor record for managers success after they've gone? I'm struggling to think of anyone who's done much since leaving. Suppose Coleman could be one but I think his 'success' is more down to the fact there's not a lot of...

Ignoring the fact that your comment has very little to do with the CT suppressing stories at the request of the council on what evidence are you basing your claims that SISU knew full details of what was happening (i.e.: Wasps were being sold ACL at a low price with a huge lease extension)?

Lets look at the complaints then. Whether Coun Mutton’s conduct was unacceptable We find there’s insufficient evidence to show Coun Mutton’s behaviour was unacceptable. Whether the councillors had made inappropriate or defamatory comments. We do not consider that the comments made by either...

Actually I didn't say he was biased I said the quotes attributed to him in the CT make him sound like a council defence lawyer. Go and read them yourself and see. You may disagree of course but that doesn't mean your viewpoint is the only valid one. IMO it reads very much like he is defending...

Are you sure about that? Thought it was stated first time round that he worked for a company that was employed by CCC.

    Netflix - Making a murderer

I would guess they will follow the new lawyer and her attempts to get it back into court. She seems pretty confident in getting an appeal hearing so that will be the focus of the series. Surely at the very least Brendan Dassey will get released. Can't see how his conviction stands up to any...

    American Crime Story

Another cracking episode last night. I can't remember a lot of the details of the case from when it actually happened so I'm trying to resist the temptation to read up on it.

If you read it not knowing his role you would think he was the council's defence lawyer!

Have you read the council's code of conduct? In particular section 4. You should give it a read and then look at the 6 points SISU complained about and the evidence presented.

Nothing like what Wasps got. The £24m would give us revenues only from the days on which we play at the Ricoh. You'd probably need to make in the region of £25K a match (profit not revenue) to even break even at that price. That's a lot of pies and pints.

What was termed 'matchday revenues' so you would get parking, pie money (I would assume ACLs cut after Compass as anything else wouldn't be theirs to offer), hospitality. That kind of thing. And of course that was over the original term of the lease so 40 something years.

Really? Buying Higgs share wouldn't give them a controlling interest in ACL and wouldn't give them any say in decisions such as rent. Sure they could have made a suggestion that the rent be lowered but with no controlling share and a lease in place it wouldn't have given them a strong position...

To be fair given that they were quoted £24m its not really a surprise they didn't rush to get the chequebook out.
