    Fisher Lost The Plot

If you look at the accounts doesn't administrative expenses cover all outgoings other than costs directly related to turnover and wages? Given that millions can legitimately be taken out of the club to repay debt why would there be any need to try and hide money being taken out?

Anderson was in négociations with Wasps, they then decided they would no longer talk to the club. Its hardly a sign of being happy to work together.

    Fisher Lost The Plot

But if we drop to the conference, which could happen by the time the Ricoh contract ends, the Butts becomes viable. There would be a few changes needed and possibly one temporary stand but not much. You've got to imagine the cost of playing at the Butts is a fraction of playing at the Ricoh...

The other option is not funding the club and it deteriorates much quicker and has less of a chance of a 'lucky' season.

    Fisher Lost The Plot

But at what point. It could easily be relegation this season. Then a lack of season ticket renewals leads to a big budget cut and a struggle in L2. Its not outside the realms of possibility that another relegation would follow the next season. Then, at the point at which the stadium deal is...

    Fisher Lost The Plot

But what you're missing is if Nick doesn't pay his £20 which pays for the cleaner SISU don't step in and put £20 into CCFC. Instead that £20 comes off the playing budget or a player is sold.

    Fisher Lost The Plot

Does anyone know anything about this Jas Jaspal? Just looked him up online and it looks like his main business is being liquidated and he had a falling out with the council over trying to convert a grade II listed building into student flats. None of his currently running businesses seem to...

I can see more clubs going out of business over the next few years and that will mean empty stadiums sat around the country. What makes a move to one of them different to Wasps moving here? Fisher would spin exactly the same story that Wasps did in moving here. Not saying I think it would...

    Chris McCann quote

What exactly are you expecting him to say? All the players are shit, we've got no chance and are definitely getting relegated? Then it would be complaints that they'd given up.

You're making the assumption that his primary task is a successful football club.

How on earth can you on one hand say nobody would go if CCFC moved but claim Wasps move is a great success. The trick would be not moving somewhere like Northampton where there is already a similar level team. I find it hard to believe you genuinely don't notice the Wasps signage and...

Owning our own stadium is it really a must?

That ties in with what I was told which was £400K a season before the move to Sixfields but included what we paid for directly. I was told there was an increase when we returned as we were having to pay for things that were included in the old lease such as match day parking for players, media...

Owning our own stadium is it really a must?

Indeed it is revenue. The way I look at it is owning a stadium costs a certain amount in maintenance and other costs per year and against that you get access to various revenue streams. Renting a stadium also brings costs in rent and matchday costs and against that you get access to limited...

    Investment on the Horizon?

There were rumours, pretty much started on here and with no basis, that Red Bull might try and buy us but it is now being said that they have approached West Ham.

We don't need someone who hasn't played all season, is looking to improve their fitness or is totally past it. Ideally we want to find a top L1 or championship player who has moved down the pecking order and is struggling to get minutes. The player might be up for moving if their first choice...

A good potential site for a new ground in Coventry

I didn't say it was their job I said it was an opportunity. SISU and Fisher need to be shown up as much as possible. Unfortunately the fans running on the pitch or articles in the CT aren't going to do the job. Lets look at it logically. The club don't extend the deal at the Ricoh so have to go...

    Investment on the Horizon?

Isn't there a clause in the stadium deal that hits the current owners in the pocket if they sell within a certain timeframe?

A good potential site for a new ground in Coventry

Yes it was. In my opinion the more pressure that can be put on them the better. The more their statements and promises can be shown to be false the better. For me it would be far better for the council to be saying they would support any application 100% and where possible highlighting suitable...

A good potential site for a new ground in Coventry

The council are missing a golden opportunity to expose SISU here. They should make it publically known there is a suitable piece of land available, Woodlands for example, and say they will do everything they can to support an application to build a new stadium there.
