Rough and ready but the site seems to be approx 8 acres, more if the adjoining park could be purchased. To compare the footprint of Millennium Stadium (74,500) is 9 acres, Bobby Dodd Stadium (55,000) is 8.75 acres.
If that's what CCC were worried about they could have purchased the charities share themselves or reimbursed them from the proceeds of the new lease sale following ACL's administration.
Not my plan at all, my preferred option is to do whatever is best for the club longterm. You dismiss anything that doesn't involve handing money over to Wasps.
Sure there was something like that but they don't seem too hot on sticking to their own rules. Reckon if there was solid evidence something was happening they'd happily add a few years on.
Exactly, there's no reason talks can't take place. Then if and when it gets to a stage that things are ready to really start moving forward thats the point for dropping legal action.
Just saying we're not even talking to you unless you drop all action is foolish and shows continued refusal to...
Isn't that what they're working on? Anderson said he had a list of 16 (?) points that needed to be addressed with Wasps to make a long term deal viable and while they are looking at that they are also looking at a ground share with CRFC.
