Think we're getting a bit sidetracked here. We put in £500K a year and get the same in a grant. I suspect the amount it generates far outweighs the amount it costs. Its one of the few bright spots for the club and something we should desperately be looking to preserve.

That will be the key. I doubt the FA are saying when the football club isn't using it nobody else can. What they are saying is when the football club need it they get it. What happens when the inevitable happens and Wasps move their academy here? Will the evening hours no longer be available?

100% this. Its a CCFC forum, everyone on here is, or at least should be, a CCFC fan. The primary concern should be protecting the future of the club. Too many people suddenly appear when things like this happen and try and deflect any blame from the likes of Wasps, Higgs and CCC.

Exclusive use is probably either certain times of day or first option on times. So it could be used by others when not being used by the academy. That would make sense but its a long way from Wasps letting us hire it from them for a couple of hours at night.
